Lunch at the Crab Trap & Resorts Casino

The Crab Trap was established in 1967 when Jack Wallace purchased what was then known as Maenner’s Cafe. At the time, Maenner’s menu included tap beer and sandwiches and was served to local Somers Point residents. Located on the Somerset Plantation, which was the property of one of the area’s original settlers, John Somers, The Crab Trap serves some of the finest seafood in South Jersey. The Maenner’s Café was remembered for the “horseshoe” bar and dirt floors!
